Z odborn\u00e9ho hlediska jde o v\u00edcevrstv\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd dopl\u0148uje nebo n\u011bkdy zcela nahrazuje \u0159e\u010d. Gesta mohou b\u00fdt omezen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, stereotypn\u00ed nebo funk\u010dn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e1. Dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla pak m\u016f\u017ee odr\u00e1\u017eet snahu o stabilitu, ochranu p\u0159ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00edm nebo regulaci stresu.<\/p>\n<h3>Prozodick\u00e9 a situa\u010dn\u00ed vod\u00edtko<\/h3>\n<p>Do neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace pat\u0159\u00ed i prozodie, tedy melodie, rytmus a d\u016fraz \u0159e\u010di, stejn\u011b jako situa\u010dn\u00ed vod\u00edtka, nap\u0159\u00edklad orientace t\u011bla, pr\u00e1ce s osobn\u00edm prostorem a na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed reakce. Stejn\u011b tak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt problematick\u00e9 p\u0159esn\u011b odhadnout, kdy je vhodn\u00e9 vstoupit do rozhovoru, kdy vy\u010dkat a jak interpretovat drobn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. Z pohledu pragmatick\u00e9 komunikace je tedy nejde jen o to, zda \u010dlov\u011bk komunikuje, ale jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem a v jak\u00e9m kontextu.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak se neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace projevuje u autismu<\/h2>\n<p>Autismus je neurov\u00fdvojov\u00e9 spektrum s v\u00fdraznou heterogenitou. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u0159e\u010d plynule, jin\u00ed komunikuj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b nebo prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm alternativn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f. Tyto projevy v\u0161ak nelze mechanicky interpretovat jako nez\u00e1jem nebo soci\u00e1ln\u00ed chlad.<\/p>\n<h3>Neznamen\u00e1 to absenci z\u00e1jmu<\/h3>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z \u010dast\u00fdch omyl\u016f je p\u0159edpoklad, \u017ee n\u00edzk\u00e1 m\u00edra o\u010dn\u00edho kontaktu nebo omezen\u00e1 mimika automaticky znamen\u00e1 mal\u00fd z\u00e1jem o lidi. V\u00fdzkumy i klinick\u00e1 praxe ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee mnoho osob s autismem pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vztahy intenzivn\u011b, ale jejich zp\u016fsob vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed se li\u0161\u00ed. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159ednost komunikaci p\u0159es slova, fakta, sd\u00edlen\u00e9 aktivity nebo p\u0159edm\u011bty m\u00edsto p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch obli\u010dejov\u00fdch sign\u00e1l\u016f. V takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech je vhodn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edst neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikaci v kontextu cel\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, nikoli izolovan\u011b podle jednoho znaku.<\/p>\n<h3>Spole\u010dn\u00e1 pozornost a recipro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bna<\/h3>\n<p>Pro soci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdvoj je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 spole\u010dn\u00e1 pozornost, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje u\u010dit se z okol\u00ed, sd\u00edlet zku\u0161enost a vyjedn\u00e1vat v\u00fdznam. Komunikace pak vy\u017eaduje klidn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, p\u0159edv\u00eddatelnost a respekt k osobn\u00edmu prostoru, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto faktory zvy\u0161uj\u00ed \u0161anci, \u017ee neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed sign\u00e1ly budou \u010diteln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Diagnostika a odborn\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Hodnocen\u00ed neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komplexn\u00ed diagnostiky autismu, av\u0161ak nikdy by nem\u011blo st\u00e1t samo o sob\u011b. Odborn\u00edci sleduj\u00ed v\u00fdvojovou anamn\u00e9zu, jazyk, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed interakci, repetitivn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed i adaptivn\u00ed dovednosti. V oblasti komunikace se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na kvalitu pohledu, sd\u00edlen\u00ed emoc\u00ed, gesto-verb\u00e1ln\u00ed koordinaci, schopnost reagovat na druh\u00e9 a vyu\u017e\u00edvat neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed sign\u00e1ly k regulaci interakce. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je v\u00fdvoj v \u010dase, proto\u017ee u mnoha d\u011bt\u00ed i dosp\u011bl\u00fdch se profil komunikace m\u011bn\u00ed podle prost\u0159ed\u00ed, m\u00edry stresu a z\u00edskan\u00e9 podpory.<\/p>\n<h3>Co odborn\u00edk sleduje<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159i vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se nehodnot\u00ed pouze to, zda \u010dlov\u011bk nav\u00e1\u017ee o\u010dn\u00ed kontakt, ale tak\u00e9 jak dlouho jej udr\u017e\u00ed, zda je funk\u010dn\u00ed a zda podporuje komunikaci. Stejn\u011b tak se sleduje, zda osoba pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ukazov\u00e1n\u00ed, k\u00fdvnut\u00ed, m\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ikyvov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo jin\u00e9 gesta v souladu s kontextem. Pozornost pat\u0159\u00ed i tomu, zda reaguje na v\u00fdraz obli\u010deje druh\u00fdch, zda pozn\u00e1 radost, \u00fanavu nebo nap\u011bt\u00ed, a zda um\u00ed podle soci\u00e1ln\u00ed situace p\u0159izp\u016fsobit sv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Diagnosticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 je tedy kvalita a flexibilita, nikoli jedin\u00fd znak.<\/p>\n<h2>Podpora neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace v praxi<\/h2>\n<p>Podpora neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace by m\u011bla b\u00fdt individualizovan\u00e1, respektuj\u00edc\u00ed a srozumiteln\u00e1. C\u00edlem nen\u00ed p\u0159inutit d\u00edt\u011b nebo dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho k normativn\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale vytvo\u0159it podm\u00ednky, v nich\u017e m\u016f\u017ee komunikovat co nejefektivn\u011bji a s co nejmen\u0161\u00edm stresem. Ve \u0161koln\u00edm i rodinn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed to znamen\u00e1 p\u0159edv\u00eddatelnou strukturu, jasn\u00e9 instrukce, vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed podporu a \u010das na odpov\u011b\u010f. Pokud okol\u00ed zjednodu\u0161\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci, osoba s autismem m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci vyu\u017e\u00edt sv\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00ed mo\u017enosti naplno.<\/p>\n<h3>Strukturovan\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a p\u0159edv\u00eddatelnost<\/h3>\n<p>Struktura podporuje \u010ditelnost. Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk v\u00ed, co bude n\u00e1sledovat, kles\u00e1 jeho \u00fazkost a roste dostupnost soci\u00e1ln\u00edch sign\u00e1l\u016f. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed proto rozvrhy dne, vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed instrukce, kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 a jednozna\u010dn\u00e9 v\u011bty, dostate\u010dn\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd odstup mezi podn\u011btem a reakc\u00ed a omezen\u00ed nadbyte\u010dn\u00fdch ru\u0161iv\u00fdch prvk\u016f. T\u00edm se neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace nest\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou, naopak se st\u00e1v\u00e1 l\u00e9pe \u010ditelnou.<\/p>\n<h3>Augmentativn\u00ed a alternativn\u00ed komunikace<\/h3>\n<p>U \u010d\u00e1sti osob s autismem je vhodn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvat augmentativn\u00ed a alternativn\u00ed komunikaci, zkr\u00e1cen\u011b AAK. Ta nezastupuje \u0159e\u010d jako ne\u00fasp\u011bch, ale roz\u0161i\u0159uje komunika\u010dn\u00ed reperto\u00e1r. M\u016f\u017ee zahrnovat obr\u00e1zky, symboly, komunika\u010dn\u00ed tabulky, elektronick\u00e9 hlasov\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy, psan\u00ed nebo znakov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00fdhodou AAK je, \u017ee propojuje neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed a verb\u00e1ln\u00ed rovinu, sni\u017euje frustraci a umo\u017e\u0148uje sd\u011blit pot\u0159eby i tehdy, kdy\u017e je mluven\u00e1 \u0159e\u010d omezen\u00e1 nebo v z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei h\u016f\u0159e dostupn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h4>PECS, znaky a komunika\u010dn\u00ed tabulky<\/h4>\n<p>Mezi zn\u00e1m\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy pat\u0159\u00ed syst\u00e9m v\u00fdm\u011bny obr\u00e1zk\u016f PECS, jednoduch\u00e9 znaky nebo komunika\u010dn\u00ed tabulky s vizu\u00e1ln\u00edmi symboly. Tyto metody jsou obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 u mal\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, u neverb\u00e1ln\u00edch jedinc\u016f i u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch situac\u00edch ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed schopnost mluvit. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby AAK nebyla ch\u00e1p\u00e1na jako posledn\u00ed mo\u017enost, ale jako plnohodnotn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj komunikace. Pokud je zaveden citliv\u011b a v\u010das, podporuje i rozvoj porozum\u011bn\u00ed \u0159e\u010di, symbolick\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed reciprocity.<\/p>\n<h3>Role rodiny, \u0161koly a terapeut\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Rodina, pedagogov\u00e9 a terapeuti maj\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fd \u00fakol: hledat, jak osoba sd\u011bluje sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, emoce a hranice. V logopedii, speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogice i psychologick\u00e9 intervenci je proto z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pozorovat, co \u010dlov\u011bku pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eet pozornost, co naopak vede k p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a jak\u00e9 neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed sign\u00e1ly pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 spont\u00e1nn\u011b. Kdy\u017e dosp\u011bl\u00ed nereaguj\u00ed pouze na slova, ale i na pohled, pohyb, nap\u011bt\u00ed \u010di zm\u011bnu rytmu, dok\u00e1\u017eou zachytit komunikaci mnohem p\u0159esn\u011bji. Takov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 nejen v terapii, ale i v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m rodinn\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak l\u00e9pe \u010d\u00edst neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed sign\u00e1ly<\/h2>\n<p>Praktick\u00e9 porozum\u011bn\u00ed autismu a neverb\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikaci stoj\u00ed na trp\u011bliv\u00e9m pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed. Je vhodn\u00e9 sledovat, v jak\u00e9 situaci se sign\u00e1l objevuje, co mu p\u0159edch\u00e1zelo a jak\u00e1 reakce po n\u011bm n\u00e1sleduje. Stejn\u00fd pohyb m\u016f\u017ee znamenat r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u011bci podle kontextu: \u00fanavu, snahu o uklidn\u011bn\u00ed, odm\u00edtnut\u00ed, radost i snahu o kontakt. Osv\u011bd\u010duje se tak\u00e9 ov\u011b\u0159ovat porozum\u011bn\u00ed jednoduch\u00fdmi ot\u00e1zkami, nab\u00edzet volbu m\u00edsto otev\u0159en\u00e9ho tlaku a d\u00e1t \u010das na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b se spol\u00e9h\u00e1me na domn\u011bnky a \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce na skute\u010dn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed v situaci, t\u00edm p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 interpretace.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010casto kladen\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky<\/h2>\n<h3>M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt \u010dlov\u011bk s autismem dobr\u00fd o\u010dn\u00ed kontakt?<\/h3>\n<p>Ano, m\u016f\u017ee. U autismu je velmi variabiln\u00ed, jak osoba pracuje s o\u010dn\u00edm kontaktem. N\u011bkdo jej vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dasto, jin\u00fd jen kr\u00e1tce nebo v ur\u010dit\u00fdch situac\u00edch. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je nehodnotit kontakt o\u010d\u00ed jako jedin\u00fd znak z\u00e1jmu \u010di empatie. Pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 lidi je p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd pohled smyslov\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd, zat\u00edmco jin\u00ed jej pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed funk\u010dn\u011b, ale ne v souladu s obvykl\u00fdmi spole\u010densk\u00fdmi o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edmi. O\u010dn\u00ed kontakt je tedy pot\u0159eba ch\u00e1pat v kontextu, nikoli jako m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko kvality vztahu.<\/p>\n<h3>Znamen\u00e1 nedostatek gest, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b nerozum\u00ed?<\/h3>\n<p>Ne nutn\u011b. Nedostatek ukazov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ikyvov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo m\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee souviset s motorickou koordinac\u00ed, se soci\u00e1ln\u00ed opatrnost\u00ed, s pot\u00ed\u017eemi v pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed pohybu nebo s odli\u0161n\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem v\u00fdvoje komunikace. D\u00edt\u011b p\u0159itom m\u016f\u017ee rozum\u011bt mnohem v\u00edce, ne\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee okam\u017eit\u011b vyj\u00e1d\u0159it.
